Your Mission
As Social Media & Content Manager, you will help shape the voice and personality of HEAD Pickleball. You will lead the ideation, creation, and execution of content and storytelling across the brand.
Your role is to build and strengthen our organic presence by creating content that connects with players, clubs, coaches, athletes, and fans of the sport. From product launches and tournaments to grassroots moments and athlete partnerships, you will help tell the stories that define what HEAD Pickleball stands for.
This is not a desk-only role. You will be on the road, at events, behind the scenes, and in the middle of the community where the best stories happen.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create and edit brand content that reinforces HEAD’s identity mission and values
- Develop creative concepts and storytelling solutions that support key brand and business initiatives
- Act as the connective tissue between events, product launches, partnerships, and storytelling
- Write, edit and schedule select marketing communications which adhere to communications and brand strategy
Social Channel Ownership
- Build and manage content plans, calendars, and release schedules
- Own and manage HEAD Pickleball social media channels
- Schedule posts, engage in comments, and repost tagged and collab posts when appropriate
Campaign Support
- Collaborate with external agencies, creators, and freelancers as needed
Maximizing Skills and Tools
- Working across a multitude of diverse projects (including film, sound, graphic design, media, 2D and 3D)
- Passionate about keeping up-to-date with changes in design and technology, (AI programming for example)
Reporting
- Weekly Content Oversight. Provide a clear weekly update outlining
- Ensure all content reflects HEAD’s voice, tone and aesthetic
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, communications, or brand marketing
- Proven ability to grow social channels, build community engagement, and create high-performing organic content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual content skills with experience capturing and editing mobile-first content
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience working with athletes, events, influencers, retail partners, or agencies preferred
- Passion for pickleball, racquet sports, sports culture, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Proficiency with content and creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of digital trends, community building, and modern social media culture
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. This is an in-office position located in Phoenix, Arizona. You will be traveling approximately 30%, which includes international travel to Asia and Europe.
