Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the dance theatre's goals and values.
Plan and schedule engaging content across various platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts into overall promotional campaigns.
Content Creation and Curation:
Create visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Curate user-generated content and showcase behind-the-scenes glimpses of rehearsals, performances, and the artistic process.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment with the dance theatre's artistic vision.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for audience comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and fostering positive interactions.
Foster a sense of community among followers through interactive campaigns, challenges, and discussions.
Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and relevant communities to expand reach and collaboration opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights.
Analyze trends, audience behavior, and engagement data to optimize content strategy.
Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance and industry trends.
Campaign Execution:
Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline activities.
