We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our agency as an Insurance Sales & Growth Specialist. This role combines new business production with client retention and growth strategies, including cross-selling, account re-shopping and service on current book of business

Personal Lines Experience and P&C License Required
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Selling & Account Growth
- Review existing client accounts to identify coverage gaps
- Recommend additional products (home, auto, umbrella, and life)
- Increase household/account penetration and overall client satisfaction.
2. Re-shopping & Retention
- Proactively remarket existing policies to ensure competitive pricing and coverage
- Monitor renewals and manage retention strategy
3. Operations Support
- Assist in maintaining organized workflows, CRM updates, and policy tracking
- Support daily office operations and client service standards
- Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
4. New Business Production
- Prospect, quote, and close new personal Insurance
- Generate leads through outbound activity, networking, and referrals
- Represent the agency in the community and at networking events
Qualifications
- Insurance license (P&C required; Life Preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in insurance required
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary 65K
- Performance-based bonuses tied to growth metric.
