Art Consulting Intern (Project & Data Support)
Part Time, 20-30 hours a week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern for Art Consulting to support our team with project coordination, data management, and client support within a vibrant consulting environment. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, including planning, art research, documentation, and installation support. Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations.

Assist with project planning, schedules, and floor plans

Support art research and presentation development

Track project progress and coordinate with vendors and artists

Perform data entry for artwork inventory, ordering, and databases

Maintain accurate project documentation and shared files

Assist with installation logistics and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Interest in art, design, or creative industries
