Job Summary
To promote the hospitals services, build strong relationships with doctors, corporates, and the community, and drive patient footfall through strategic marketing activities—both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and referral partners to generate patient referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultants and healthcare providers.
Promote new services, specialty clinics, and hospital facilities.
Identify potential markets and opportunities for growth.
Patient Volume Growth
Drive OPD/IPD conversions by ensuring continuous referral flow.
Support specialty departments (like orthopedics, cardiology, gynecology, etc.) with targeted marketing campaigns.
Track and report daily visits, referrals, and business leads.
Corporate & Community Engagement
Liaise with corporates, industries, TPAs, and insurance companies for health tie-ups.
Organize medical camps, health talks, community outreach programs, and CSR activities.
Coordinate wellness programs and preventive health check-up drives.
Digital & Branding Activities
Assist in hospital digital marketing: website updates, social media, online campaigns.
Support branding activities: brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and patient education materials.
Coordinate with agencies for promotional content and advertisements.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with hospital departments for smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with doctors for OPD schedules, camp planning, and promotional activities.
Assist in patient feedback collection and service improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain visit reports, referral data, and performance records.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports for management review.
