The Brand Creative department creates concepts and the assets to support brand and business campaigns for the global organization.

A day in the life

Brainstorm ideas and concepts.

Write clear, persuasive, original copy within a defined brand tone of voice.

Work in a close-knit creative partnership with the creative project team to generate excellent concepts and ideas.

Execute on campaigns from concept stage to completion, across all channels.

Understand the structure of a brand’s identity—how the visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic brand experience.

Support the business by generating compelling copy that leads directly to sales.

Support the brand that supports growing the business by attracting new guests.

Professional copywriting experience (agency experience or in‑house at a brand an advantage) working on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.

Supports the Senior Copywriter in bringing creative concepts to life. Supports the guest by enhancing, simplifying, and streamlining their experience interacting with lululemon.

Qualifications

A degree within a writing-based discipline—journalism, advertising, creative writing, etc. preferred or 1 extra year of experience in lieu of a relevant degree.

2+ years of professional copywriting experience—a Junior/Associate moving up to Copywriter or recently promoted to mid-level Copywriter.

Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating ideas and copy across various media—web, digital, mobile, social, experiential and both traditional and emerging platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $69,100–$86,400 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
