Podcast Producer

Responsibilities:
Work with hosts to develop podcast episodes
Research episodes, find guests, and conduct pre-interviews as needed
Edit audio/music files in Adobe Audition or other editing software
Mixdown audio to mp3 and upload to Megaphone
Assist host with creating and posting promotional content to social media
Find or create artwork to go with individual episodes
Write episode descriptions
Track analytics and work to develop audience engagement
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable of audio editing processes and software
Working knowledge of CMSs, such as Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.
Understand podcasting and podcast culture
Good interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interview anyone
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
Hours of Position: Up to 8 per week.
