JSG is seeking a Marketing Manager for our client in Thousand Oaks. Our client is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to own and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy. This pivotal role ensures that every campaign, asset, and initiative aligns with strategic goals, is delivered on schedule, and maximizes exhibitor and attendee engagement.
On-Site I Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Develop and oversee the master marketing calendar aligned with event milestones. Lead end-to-end execution of multichannel campaigns, track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
- Cross-Channel Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize messaging, timing, and targeting across email, website, creative assets, direct mail, and partner channels.
- Website & Digital Marketing:
- Manage updates and content on the website, working closely with web development teams to support campaign goals and drive conversions.
- Team & Vendor Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the daily activities of the marketing team, including the Email/CRM Specialist, designers, content creators, and web developers. Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
- Creative & Content Development:
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets. Ensure consistency in branding and message across all platforms. Manage asset production timelines and approvals.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance, ensuring on-time delivery, strategic alignment, and cross-channel consistency. Drive improvements to enhance customer registration and engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- Proven success managing multifaceted campaigns across email, web, and digital platforms.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience supervising at least one direct report preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp, Marketo).
- Experience working with external vendors and marketing agencies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Asana, Teams preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Some travel may be required.
