Salesforce is looking for a strategic and digitally savvy Product Marketing Lead to join our Release Marketing team. In this high‑impact role, you will own the strategy and execution of non‑demo release assets that drive coordinated, measurable customer engagement across Salesforce’s product portfolio. From social content and web experiences to Release in a Box and Trailhead, you’ll ensure every touchpoint delivers a consistent, informative, and compelling customer journey – at scale, across the globe.
What You’ll Do
Release Activation Strategy
Define and manage the release activation strategy for non-demo assets – including social, web, Release in a Box, Trailhead, and more – to ensure every release lands with coordinated, high‑impact customer engagement.
Social Content Strategy
Own the holistic social content strategy across formats: demo GIFs, carousels, short‑form video, and creator/micro‑influencer campaigns.
Drive reach, audience growth, and engagement by developing content that meets customers where they are.
Web Experience Ownership
Own and evolve the web experience for salesforce.com/releases, including marquee videos, FAQs, and ongoing content updates.
Ensure the experience delivers a consistent, accessible, and informative customer journey that aligns with each release’s narrative.
Measurement & Optimization
Lead performance tracking across all Release Marketing deliverables, translating data into actionable insights that continuously improve strategy and maximize business outcomes.
AI‑Powered Listening & Insights
Leverage AI‑powered listening tools to monitor community trends, surface real‑time insights, and keep the team responsive to customer needs and market signals.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy – ideally in a B2B enterprise software environment.
Deep expertise in social content strategy across formats including short‑form video, carousels, and influencer/creator programs.
Experience owning and optimizing web experiences, with a strong eye for user experience and brand consistency.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and performance metrics to drive decision‑making.
Familiarity with AI‑powered social listening and community monitoring tools.
Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration skills – you’ll work across marketing, product, creative, and digital teams.
