Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that effectively promote our products and enhance our brand presence in the market. You will collaborate closely with product managers, sales teams, and creative departments to help deliver compelling messaging, create promotional materials, and analyze market trends to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of product marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product datasheets.

Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights.

Collaborate with product managers to understand product features and benefits to develop effective messaging.

Help track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports with actionable insights.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools or CRM software.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
