Description:
The Website Content Specialist is a results-oriented professional who supports the marketing organization in creating, scheduling, posting, and maintenance of content on RCI.com. This position is hands-on in shaping the online member experience, advancing digital content objectives, project management, performance reporting, and overall contribution to the brands digital footprint.

Essential Job Functions: Create and update content across client's websites, which includes updating banners, articles, microsites, and landing pages.
Ensures published content is best practice compliant, including SEO, naming conventions, brand guidelines, tagging, and testing for quality assurance.
Manages content schedules and inventory allocation process in coordination with marketing campaign stakeholders, resulting in effective planning, tracking, and execution of promotional messaging
Works directly with the E-commerce Manager and business teams to employ strategies that increase sales and drive profitability in the online channel.
Addresses site issues and errors promptly, with comprehensive follow-up

Requirements:
2 - 4 years of Content Management application experience (HP TeamSite a plus)
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other business related field
Intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS skillset
2 - 4 years experience managing content for a high traffic website.
Detail oriented and methodically organized
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
