We’re looking for an

Associate Creative

to join our New York team. In this role, you’ll concept and create visually-driven campaigns while supporting social, content, and experiential activations across brands.

What You’ll Do:

Develop creative concepts and multi-platform content programs for brand partners

Build and present compelling decks for internal and client-facing pitches

Partner with sales and creative teams to respond to briefs with innovative ideas

Collaborate cross-functionally (strategy, production, media) to bring ideas to life

Support execution to ensure high-quality creative output

Help package and price proposals with production and media teams

Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

What You Bring:

1–3 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of contemporary culture (fashion, music, youth communities)

Ability to generate clear, insight-driven creative ideas

Strong visual research and moodboarding skills

Proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator (AI tools a plus)

Passion for storytelling and content marketing

Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $75,000 to $85,000. The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
