Founding Growth Lead (Hybrid – Greater Seattle Area)
Compensation: $130K–$165K OTE + Equity
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid 3 days per week in Bellevue WA office
About the Opportunity
Join a high-growth, venture-backed company building a modern solution in a complex, high-value space. This is a founding growth hire where you’ll work directly with leadership to build pipeline, refine go-to-market strategy, and help establish the foundation for long-term revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunity from scratch, working closely with founders, and turning early wins into a repeatable playbook.
What You’ll Do
Build pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, and creative prospecting
Identify and engage decision-makers across HR, Talent, Legal, Finance, and Operations
Lead early-stage discovery to uncover needs and qualify opportunities
Partner with leadership on deal strategy and pipeline developmentHelp shape messaging, targeting, and overall GTM approach
Track activity and maintain strong pipeline visibility
What We’re Looking For
4–7+ years in sales, business development, or growth roles
Proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch (true hunter mindset)
Strong discovery, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience selling into HR, People Ops, Talent, Legal, or Operations leaders preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving structure
