The Clinical Content Specialist will play a key role in supporting faculty adoption of best practices, integrating our solutions into curricula, and preparing students for licensure and professional practice.The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving nursing education. Responsibilities include faculty training/coaching, product integration, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring effective integration of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curricula.Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs.Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student success.Collaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goals.Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes.Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education.Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies.Experience teaching in career schools, proprietary institutions, or non-traditional nursing education settings is a plus.Key CompetenciesExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teams.Proficiency in educational technology and platforms.Deep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment development.Proven ability to analyze educational challenges and implement evidence-based solutions.Self-directed, professional, and committed to integrity.Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities.Embraces change and innovation in education and organizational processes.Focused on creating efficiencies and standardization to enhance client and company outcomes.Willingness and ability to travel to support business objectives.Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products preferred.TRAVEL: 30% to customer visits, team meetings, and conferences.Compensation$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.Additional InformationWolters Kluwer offers a wide variety of competitive benefits and programs to help meet your needs and balance your work and personal life, including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Commuter Benefits, Tuition Assistance Plan, Vacation and Sick Time, and Paid Parental Leave.
