Here, you'll join a high‐performing team that invests in your development, values your voice, and gives you the opportunity to shape what's coming next for CTV and the brands we serve.**What you’ll do*** **Own the brand and narrative:** Define and drive a differentiated Strategus story across our website, sales enablement, PR, content, and thought leadership so we stand out in a crowded CTV/performance TV landscape.* **Make Strategus.com a growth machine:** Lead strategy, UX, and content for the website; run experiments and CRO to turn traffic into qualified pipeline, demo requests, and revenue.* **Build a predictable inbound engine:** Orchestrate content, paid media, SEO, events, and partnerships into a unified program that consistently generates qualified opportunities in tight lockstep with Sales and RevOps.* **Drive customer growth and advocacy:** Partner with Account Management/Ad Ops to improve retention, expansion, and upsell, and turn customer wins into compelling case studies and proof points.* **Lead performance and measurement:** Own paid media strategy and the full marketing measurement and attribution framework so we invest where it truly moves pipeline and revenue.* **Scale a modern, data-driven marketing org:** Lead a small, high-impact team (plus agencies/contractors), refine the tech stack and processes, and build repeatable playbooks as we scale.Within 12–18 months, success looks like: a clearly recognized Strategus brand, a scalable inbound engine driving meaningful pipeline and revenue, tight GTM alignment, improved retention/expansion, and clear visibility into ROI and marketing’s impact on growth.**What you bring*** 10–15+ years of progressive marketing leadership in B2B (ideally ad tech, martech, SaaS, or media); CTV/performance TV experience is a strong plus.* A track record of building and scaling inbound and growth marketing engines that are deeply tied to revenue and attribution—not vanity metrics.* Experience owning brand, content, PR, paid media, and the website under one unified strategy in close partnership with Sales, Product, and RevOps.* A player–coach mindset: you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves with a small team while building toward a larger, multi-function organization.* Strong executive presence and collaboration skills - you communicate clearly, invite healthy debate, and can credibly represent Strategus with customers, partners, and the Board.**Work location**We welcome remote U.S.-based candidates, with a strong preference for those who can work hybrid from Denver, CO alongside our leadership team.If you’re excited to build a modern, performance-driven marketing engine at the intersection of CTV, data, and growth - and want true ownership over brand, demand, and digital experience - please apply today.The base salary range for this position is $160,000–$200,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits; actual compensation will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.Strategus is an equal-opportunity employer.
