Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative, impactful, and brand-aligned concepts across all media channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on creative direction to deliver compelling campaigns that engage audiences and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee creative concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.

Planning and overseeing the development of company advertisements

Supervising all work completed by the creative department

Working with executives and leaders to set project deadlines and content goals

Presenting project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives

Recruit and train team leads and managers

Oversee the creative budget

Lead and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into creative deliverables.

Review, critique, and approve creative work to maintain high‑quality standards.

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep creative output fresh and relevant.

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior creative role, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across multiple platforms.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
