Performance Test Lead (comms media)

Performance Test Lead Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Extensive experience in performance testing and worked with various technologies (J2EE/Java, microservers etc.)
Expert in implementing CICD Pipeline based executions using Jenkins/Jmeter setup
Deep understanding of architecture in order to gather Non-functional requirements
Test Scenario design to validate the system's ability to provide service to achieve SLAs
Hands-on in-web based scripts (Jmeter)
Troubleshooting performance issues to identify the root cause and resolve issues
Hands on experience running scale test for Kafka topics and monitor them
Hands on experience to monitor Linux servers using commands
Experience in programming languages and process automation
APM tools knowledge (Instana, NewRelic and Splunk)
Strong understanding of Java runtime (JVM) performance, JMX, Garbage Collection and Thread management
Proficient with version control software (E.g. GitHub) and issue/project tracking software (E.g. Jira)
Code design and reviews to ensure performance best practices are embedded in design
