What You’ll Own Content & Brand
Develop and execute a lightweight but effective content strategy aligned to growth goals
Create and manage content across website, blog, and marketing materials
Create sales content in collaboration with our sales team for prospective clients
Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency across all touchpoints
Translate company positioning into clear, compelling narratives
Social Media & Visibility
Own day-to-day management of social channels (primarily LinkedIn and relevant platforms)
Create and schedule content that builds awareness, engagement, and credibility
Engage with audience, partners, and industry conversations to increase visibility
Continuously test and refine content based on performance
Email Marketing
Build and manage email campaigns including newsletters, nurture sequences, and announcements
Segment and grow email lists to improve engagement and conversion
Monitor performance and optimize for open rates, clicks, and downstream impact
Maintain simple but effective automation workflows
Events & Networking
Support and execute company presence at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Strategic Event planning with sales and business development teams
Represent the company externally when attending events and community functions
Coordinate event logistics, pre-event promotion, and post-event follow-up
Build relationships with prospects, partners, and industry contacts to support pipeline growth
Identify high-value events and networking opportunities aligned to growth priorities
Growth & Execution
Drive visibility and demand through integrated marketing efforts
Work closely with leadership and sales to support lead generation goals
Track basic marketing performance and share insights to improve results
Identify scrappy, high-leverage opportunities to increase awareness and engagement
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
Strong writing and content creation skills
Comfortable managing social media, email campaigns, and basic marketing tools
Experience supporting or attending events and networking in a professional setting
Highly self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating without heavy structure
Strong communication skills and ability to represent a brand externally
Nice to Have Understanding of SEO and digital growth strategies
Background in sales or service-based businesses
Comfort speaking with prospects, partners, or at events
