Job Description Summary
The Regional Field Marketing Manager will localize and activate brand strategy, enable regional sales teams, and execute educational and demand‑generation programs across their assigned region. This individual will serve as a bridge between national marketing and field execution, ensuring commercial excellence and agility in the rapidly evolving cardiology molecular imaging market. They will be a key player in creating clinical persuasion and referring physician demand in support of the imager sales teams.

This remote position covers the North Central U.S. territory (Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin). The preferred candidate will be local to the Chicago or Cleveland area.

Key Responsibilities

Translate national marketing and brand strategies into executable regional/local plans that drive product adoption, focusing on the clinical benefits and utility of cardiac PET. This role focuses on growing cardiac PET referrals, supporting site activations, and increasing utilization within the assigned region.

Collaborate with regional sales directors and CPAMs to co‑develop regional and localized marketing in‑field demand generation activities and support territory plans.

Identify, develop, and maintain a deep understanding of the Cardiology Network in the territory, mapping referring providers and patient flows.

Execute and manage regional demand and clinical education marketing programs, including referral development campaigns, cardiology in‑person and digital outreach, clinical grand rounds, and other educational events/speaker presentations in collaboration with the regional advocacy team.

Support regional site activations by delivering field materials, referral kits, and training resources for cardiology referring physician offices.

Plan and lead execution of regional/local demand generation initiatives such as awareness campaigns, referral development programs, and educational programming that address clinical understanding and key barriers or enablers.

Partner with sales leadership to develop territory‑specific go‑to‑market plans and customer activation activities, ensuring aligned goals, messaging, and resource allocation.

Design and track KPIs for regional marketing execution, including lead generation, campaign response, referring physician cardiac PET knowledge growth, and site conversion metrics.

Collaborate with the Marketing Franchise team and Centers of Excellence (Content, Digital, Events, MarCom) to develop and deploy tailored marketing assets and field kits for referrers, based on regional/local customer and market insights.

Integrate the clinical voice of the field into brand and GTM strategy through compliant field intelligence reporting and active participation in brand and strategic planning, QBRs, and launch team meetings.

Ensure alignment with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders for all field marketing activities, including content, programs, local shows, clinical education meetings, peer‑to‑peer meetings, and community engagements.

Coordinate presence at key regional and local events in collaboration with events and franchise teams to support local marketing strategies.

Refer customer questions and requests as appropriate to medical affairs, market access, and product development teams, following company policies to maintain separation of duties.

Own regional metrics for referrer activities, education activities, and demand generation goals.

Key Capabilities

Strong sales and marketing expertise in pharmaceutical diagnostics or MedTech supporting therapeutic enterprise‑scale program activation.

Deep knowledge of B2B2C healthcare models, preferably with experience in radiology, cardiology, or related MedTech or diagnostic categories.

Strong sense of customer familiarity and willingness to spend time in the field, translating voice of the field and customer into strategic programming.

Strong sales coaching background with a focus on consistently high performance in a positive culture.

Ability to manage competing priorities for a complex team.

Proficiency in measuring ROMS and ROI for marketing events, market activation, and demand generation.

Strong analytical and communication skills with cardiology stakeholders.

Basic understanding of insurance coverage and reimbursement processes for pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science, social sciences, marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including product launch and brand management.

Experience launching complex pharmaceutical diagnostics or MedTech, or capital/clinical programs in provider settings.

Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross‑functional collaboration.

Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed organizations with success in increasing levels of responsibility.

Willingness to travel 50% of the time in the field and with customers, running regional/local events. This role will cover the North Central U.S. territory (including IL, OH, MN, WI, MI, etc.).

The preferred candidate will currently reside in the Chicago or Cleveland area.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $132,000.00–$204,000.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on individual qualifications and circumstances. The position may also be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(s) and/or long‑term incentives.
