Role Description
We’re looking for a motivated, results‑driven Sales Account Executive to help drive revenue growth and build meaningful relationships with prospective customers in the senior care space. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals—while delivering a consultative, customer‑first experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment and is excited about helping mission‑driven organizations adopt technology that improves how they operate. Experience in software or technology sales is a plus, and familiarity with contemporary CRM tools is strongly preferred. This is a high‑impact role with significant opportunity for growth as the company scales.

Qualifications

3+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience, selling into the healthcare continuum; healthcare SaaS, technology, or software sales strongly preferred

Proficiency with Sales Tech Stack

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and influence decision‑makers

Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required

Salary of $65,000 – $75,000, based on experience

Target variable compensation of $75,000, uncapped
