Pay range: $29.00 - $31.25/hour on W2

Your New Role...
The Social Media Coordinator supports *** social media teams in growing audiences, managing publishing workflows and creating engaging social content across multiple platforms. This role helps ensure a consistent flow of compelling, on-brand content while assisting with community management, social trend monitoring and day-to-day channel operations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative digital native who is deeply immersed in social media culture.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Social publishing, scheduling and platform operations
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X and Pinterest.
Support day-to-day operations of the *** YouTube channels including video ingestion, optimization, organization and thumbnail coordination.
Maintain editorial calendars and ensure accurate, timely posting.
Review and quality-check posts to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
Content creation and platform optimization

Develop engaging social content based on platform trends, especially for TikTok and short-form video platforms.
Write compelling, on-brand copy for social posts across multiple platforms.
Identify and curate eye-catching content from influencer or fan communities for potential reposting.
Capture native social footage or behind-the-scenes content as needed
Community Management & Social Listening

Monitor and moderate conversations across social platforms.
Respond to comments and messages while maintaining brand voice.
Surface community feedback, potential issues, and audience insights to the team.
Trend Monitoring & Strategic Support

Track emerging social media trends, creators and platform features.
Share insights that may inform future content opportunities.
Assist with reviewing social video series and content with an eye toward performance.
Qualifications & Experience...

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Professional experience in social media or digital content.
Deep familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X.
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand copy.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of social media trends, creators and platform culture.
Basic photo and video editing experience; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Premiere is a plus.
Experience with social media and analytics tools such as Tubular, Creator Studio or similar platforms preferred.
Proactive, collaborative work ethic with strong problem-solving skills.
