About the Role
The Account Manager, Client Services will lead cross‑functional strategy, client relationship management, and team leadership to drive enterprise‑scale digital media optimization. The role requires analytics‑driven decision‑making and the ability to translate complex performance data into actionable client insights.

Responsibilities of an Account Manager, Client Services

Cross‑functional strategy & thought leadership

Drive multi‑channel digital media strategies and roadmaps that align with client growth goals.

Maintain documentation and tracking of account priorities on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Serve as the expert on marketing budgets, media mix, and performance KPIs across broad and channel‑specific levels.

Lead regular and ad‑hoc performance analyses, translating insights into clear client communications.

Lead cross‑functional performance‑based marketing strategy projects, providing media expertise and thought leadership.

Facilitate problem‑solving sessions to define stakes, desired results, and optimal approaches.

Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Client relationship management

Develop, manage, and grow relationships with large clients, partnering to develop client growth strategies.

Act as an extension of the client’s team by deeply understanding their business, industry, and metrics.

Build and maintain trust and credibility with client leadership.

Team leadership and employee development

Lead cross‑functional teams of subject matter experts to drive client results and account retention.

Foster a culture of open communication and 360‑degree feedback.

Manage direct reports and contribute to a development culture that recruits and develops world‑class talent.

Requirements

5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional business strategies with clear communication, structured problem‑solving, and project ownership.

Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging large, complex datasets to inform strategic recommendations.

Ability to drive results in ambiguous environments, applying structure to open‑ended challenges.

Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, customer data and insights, or a related marketing discipline.

Experience managing direct reports.

Client management experience.

Preferred

Hands‑on media planning and buying experience across digital and traditional channels, especially paid social, programmatic, search, and video.

Experience working in a digital agency environment, managing day‑to‑day execution and optimization of media campaigns.

Strong understanding of cross‑channel media strategy, integrating brand awareness and direct response objectives.

Ability to bridge strategic account leadership with tactical media execution.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $90,000 – $132,000 (inclusive of a 20 % bonus). Actual offers are based on experience and anticipated impact.
