We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Administrator to support and execute key marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Manage marketing compliance and oversee co‑op advertising programs, ensuring adherence to brand and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain and update company websites, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and fresh content
Oversee and coordinate SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and performance
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, leading meetings and fostering productive partnerships
Create and edit graphic design materials for digital and print campaigns
Develop, schedule, and manage organic social media content across platforms
Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and community initiatives
Hourly rate is $30 per hour
Qualifications: 2+ years of marketing or administrative experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and social media platforms
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Position will be on-site. Some remote work may be required due to business needs and additional hours may be needed for on and off‑site events.
