Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - Friendsville, MD

Are you outgoing? Do you love helping people? We’re looking for talented marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen, the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country! This part‑time role takes place at our premier retail and event locations throughout Maryland.

This is an opportunity to earn $16‑18 per hour plus up to $500 weekly commission. The exact base pay will depend on a number of factors, including work experience, education, geographic location and certifications. Your recruiter will provide specific compensation details during the hiring process.

In this role you will work on‑site at partner locations, speak with prospective customers, and book no‑cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. We provide paid training and a proven marketing methodology to support your success. You will follow up with the team to share client feedback and progress, earning a competitive wage plus bonuses and commissions.

Responsibilities
• Engage customers in conversation and assess their interest in window and door products.
• Book appointments for a no‑cost consultation with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
• Follow up on appointments and provide timely updates to the sales team.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge while representing the company.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Motivated to help build the RBA footprint

Dedicated, dependable team player

Available for a minimum of 18 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
