Our Financial Reports Processing team focuses on the firm’s critical business needs, managing financial statement editing, assembly, and release.
Your role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for implementation of edits in client financial statements and subsequent letters and reporting packages associated with those statements.
Edits and assembles electronic documents outside of firm software, including integrating client-prepared documents with documents created by the firm.
Mitigates risk to the firm by enforcing assurance rules and procedures during the editing process.
Assists with financial statement release by ensuring all approvals have been received and appropriate compliance forms have been completed.
Cross-checks critical data between documents and applications to ensure accuracy and calls attention to discrepancies.
Uses footing tools to verify values within the financial statements.
The qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree in English is highly preferred.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational and communication skills are required.
Knowledge of the Associated Press (AP) Style is preferred.
Must be able to adapt to priority changes with short notice, multiple times a day.
Must be able to remain at the workspace at least 75% - 90% of the work shift.
This is a non-exempt position, and you may be required to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is $20.64 - $25.00 per hour.
