You'll be responsible for managing paid search campaigns across a range of local service industries, think HVAC, med spas, real estate, healthcare, legal, and more. This is a hands‑on, performance-oriented role ideal for someone who knows how to make every dollar work smarter, not harder. You'll have the freedom to test, optimize, and innovate backed by a team that's small, agile, and always ready to execute.

What You'll Do

Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies

Write compelling ad copy tailored to each client's brand, audience, and market

Track and analyze performance data to improve ROI and campaign efficiency

Collaborate with the creative team on ad visuals, landing pages, and split testing

Support monthly reporting with clear performance insights and strategic next steps

Stay current on trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC and paid media

Communicate directly with account managers and occasionally with clients to review goals, performance, and opportunities
