The Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for translating brand strategy into impactful consumer experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. This highly dynamic position blends creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical insight to bring the brand to life across experiential activations, retail environments, influencer initiatives, and digital touchpoints.

You will lead the planning and execution of cross‑channel activations from concept to launch, managing timelines, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring flawless delivery of high‑visibility campaigns. This role also owns influencer engagement strategies and performance tracking, using insights to continuously optimize.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and results‑driven self‑starter with a track record in activation, event production, and partnership management, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners such as creative agencies, vendors, and influencers.

Core Responsibilities
Campaign & Activation Planning (~30%)

Develop annual and seasonal brand activation strategies for launches and special campaigns

Build activation calendars aligned with key marketing milestones

Manage timelines, deliverables, and event budgets

Experiential & Event Marketing (~20%)

Plan and execute live events, pop‑ups, and brand experiences

Oversee production and logistics for activations, from ideation through on‑site execution

Ensure activations reflect brand standards and creative excellence

Retail & In‑Store Activations (~20%)

Support retailer collaborations and rollout activations

Coordinate toolkits for field execution and in‑store merchandising

Influencer & Partnerships (~20%)

Identify and manage influencer partnerships and brand ambassadors

Execute product seeding and engagement programs

Ensure content aligns with brand tone, standards, and compliance

Analytics & Reporting (~10%)

Monitor performance of events and activations: attendance, engagement, and ROI

Compile post‑activation reports and apply insights to optimize future initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or influencer strategy

Background in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium consumer goods preferred

Proven ability to manage multi‑channel activations and cross‑functional projects

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast timelines

Experience owning budgets and vendor relationships; ability to forecast costs and negotiate effectively

Comfortable analyzing campaign results and presenting insights to leadership

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Flexible schedule to support events and activations (including occasional evenings/weekends)

Willingness to travel 20%-30% of the time (domestic and some international)

Compensation
Base salary range of

$95,000 – $125,000
