Description Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects and ownership of various marketing programs and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in current marketing programs while assisting with developing new initiatives aligned with company goals. The Marketing Coordinator will work as part of the marketing team in communication, digital communications, internal and external websites, promotional programs and events, and our many menus. The Marketing Coordinator will help support the day-to-day objectives of the marketing department under the guidance of the VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager.

Professional Development
Primary Duties:
Create and maintain the overall marketing calendar and tasks to include important dates, various events (both internal and external events in the community)
Assist in the planning and execution of various promotional events throughout the Legacy portfolio.
Social Media: Work with our in house social media content specialist to create a relevant calendar for each market (surrounding events, private event closures, weather, holidays, food holidays, etc.)
Create social media content (photos & video) when needed

Owns all responses to reviews for all external website reviews (Google, Yelp, etc..) for all locations and works with operations to respond to and ensure guest recovery
Own creating, reviewing, editing, and proofreading menus for all Legacy Ventures Restaurant assets
Coordinate with a graphic designer, if used on collateral needs for promotions, events and/or menus
Maintain all historical records for the Marketing Department following established programming
Full auditing responsibilities of all websites and third party vendors to ensure current and accurate information
Administrative support for the field for printing, organizing and distributing all collateral
Qualifications Qualifications:
Highly organized – meet deadlines and coordinate multiple projects
Detail-oriented – follow through on commitments and requests
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including content and grammar
Experience providing excellent customer service –through digital platforms and in-person
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Computer savvy in general
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectives
High energy and enthusiasm
Ability to meet and engage with new people
Must be flexible, as shifts can often occur on nights, weekends, and holidays
Experience with Canva, Google Business Platform, Meta Business Suite, Open Table, DoorDash, etc.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) a plus
College graduate preferred
Other:
Must ensure that your appearance is in accordance with the standard set on commencement of employment
Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines by fostering a strong sense of pro activity and result orientation
Possess excellent communication skills due to constant contact with both internal and external guests, especially dealing with guest inquiries and complaints
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all members of staff and also possess the ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work
Availability to work extended hours(including some weekends) and some holidays as needed for promotions and heavy volume days including SEC Championship & Chic fil A Bowl.
To be on time for duty and to ensure that the Department's offices and work areas in all departments remain clean and tidy at all times, while maintaining proper records and filing systems.
