Your Projects
Project 1: Competitor Research
Review the LinkedIn pages and websites of 10 BCI competitors. Document what services they highlight, how they position themselves, and what content gets engagement.
Deliverable - Summary document with key observations and recommendations
Time estimate - 6-8 hours
Project 2: Review Solicitation Prep & Outreach
Build a contact list of clients and partners for our online review campaign. Draft outreach email templates and help partners craft their reviews if needed. Then execute the outreach -- send emails, follow up, and track responses. Goal is to secure 10 reviews.
Deliverable - Contact list, outreach templates, sample reviews, and 10 reviews secured
Time estimate - 12-15 hours
Project 3: Panel & Speaking Engagement Prospecting
Research industry conferences, panels, podcasts, and events where BCI leadership could speak or be featured. Include both government (federal contracting, war) and commercial.
Schedule & Check-Ins
At least 2 days per week in person at the office
Weekly check-in meeting (15-30 min) with your supervisor
Submit work in Microsoft SharePoint folder
Ask questions anytime via email or Teams
Guidelines
Keep all BCI information confidential — do not share outside the company
Do not contact clients or external parties directly unless instructed
If you're unsure about something, ask — there are no bad questions
Be on time for check-ins and meet your deadlines
