Head of Sales and Marketing

Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, build strong pipelines, and elevate our brand presence. This role blends leadership, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive overall sales and marketing strategy

Build, manage, and mentor the sales team

Develop lead-generation systems and conversion processes

Oversee marketing efforts including digital, social, email, and brand messaging

Align sales and marketing goals with company growth targets

Track performance, report results, and optimize strategies

Work closely with leadership on pricing, positioning, and partnerships

Requirements:

Proven experience leading sales and marketing teams

Strong background in B2B sales (trade shows, events, or related industries is a big plus)

Ability to think strategically and execute practically
