Who You Are
You’re a strategic, detail-oriented media professional with experience planning and buying across digital, traditional and emerging channels. You are confident in owning day-to-day media execution while building strong relationships with clients, teams and vendors. You bring a data-driven mindset, communicate clearly and are always looking for smarter ways to improve performance.
What You’ll Do
Strategize & Plan: Develop insight-driven media strategies and tactical plans aligned with broader communications goals.
Lead Execution: Serve as the day-to-day client contact as you manage planning, buying and campaign delivery.
Collaborate: Partner with internal teams, clients and vendors to execute integrated campaigns.
Negotiate: Secure strong rates, added value and premium placements across channels.
Analyze & Optimize: Monitor performance, report on results and identify opportunities to improve.
Evaluate & Innovate: Assess media opportunities and explore new channels and best practices.
Ensure Quality: Maintain accuracy and excellence across all plans and deliverables.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 4-7 years of media planning/buying experience.
Strong analytical, budgeting and forecasting skills with high attention to detail.
Experience developing and presenting media plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with platforms like MediaOcean/Prisma, SRDS, Google Campaign Manager, MRI/Simmons, etc.
Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.
Salary Range
$75,000-90,000 annually
The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
