The Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help fuel our recruitment engine. As a Sourcer, you'll identify, engage, and prequalify top candidates to support our Recruiters in building exceptional talent pipelines. You'll combine research, technology, and proactive outreach to connect high‑quality professionals with meaningful opportunities. You'll play a critical role in the first stage of the recruiting process, ensuring recruiters spend time with the most qualified and interested candidates.

Responsibilities

Source top talent using job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks.

Craft and send targeted outreach messages to potential candidates.

Screen and prequalify candidates for basic fit, availability, location, and compensation.

Import and organize candidate data into Bullhorn and ensure records are complete and accurately tagged.

Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize open roles and build proactive pipelines for recurring skill sets.

Qualifications

Desire to build a career in sales or recruiting.

High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.

Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of personalities.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.

Salary & Benefits
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the pay range for this role is $40,000 - $45,000/yr and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The position is eligible for weekly commission, quarterly and annual bonuses predicated on gross margin and finalized in your offer letter.
