Marketing Manager- Behavioral Health

Responsibilities Overview
Horizon Health is seeking a Marketing Manager for our IOP Clinic called Thousand Branches Wellness in both Austin and San Antonio.

This position is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer service activities within the community. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for achieving the budgeted utilization of the organization's continuum of care through effective application of marketing principles and methods, managing the clinic's strategic marketing plan, enhancing the clinic's brand and image, and overseeing all sales and business development activities.

The position may involve occasional on-site travel but will primarily be out in the community doing outreach and marketing between San Antonio and Austin.

Key Responsibilities

Insure intake and business development relationships and collaboration

Develop and maintain accounts and referral source communication

Maintain documentation of sales calls, call plans, account profiles, and productivity

Identify elements that drive ADV

Review reports that impact marketing decisions

Develop clinic strategy plan

Develop process of identifying key accounts and market players

Provide routine reports to Corporate Leadership based on data and analytics to track clinic trends and identify opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required

Master's of Business Administration highly preferred

Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred

Minimum five years experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred

Prior knowledge and/or experience with military personnel preferredMust have a valid driver's license
