Paid Media Specialist

This is a performance-focused digital marketing role centered on executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across major advertising platforms. You will play a key role in supporting demand generation efforts by ensuring campaigns are launched efficiently, continuously optimized, and aligned with business growth objectives. Working across paid search and paid social channels, you will contribute directly to improving campaign velocity, testing cadence, and overall media performance. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly execution-oriented, requiring strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous optimization. You will collaborate closely with growth and marketing teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact across the funnel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on media execution and wants to grow their expertise in performance marketing within a scaling digital organization.
Accountabilities:
Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient spend and optimal results
Execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion performance
Support keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure optimization
Maintain strong organization and accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and scaling
Collaborate with demand generation and growth teams to align paid media efforts with business objectives
Ensure proper tracking and attribution setup in coordination with analytics and CRM systems
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
Solid understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
Experience running A/B tests within paid media platforms and applying insights to improve performance
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and execution skills
Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns is highly valued
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or attribution tools is a plus
Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, or analytics integrations is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly
Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
