Pinnacle Private Credit is partnering with a rapidly growing alternative financing firm to hire a Paid Ad Specialist.

They are seeking a creative and data‑driven Paid Ad Specialist to build and scale their lead generation efforts through paid media. This is a fully in‑person role for someone who knows how to launch campaigns, analyze data, and optimize performance to drive revenue growth.

This position offers a base salary plus revenue share, lucrative performance incentives, and strong growth opportunities, including the ability to eventually help lead and build out the marketing department.

About the Role
You will take ownership of paid acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and direct impact on lead generation and revenue.

You’ll be responsible for:

Launching and scaling paid campaigns (Meta primary, TikTok secondary)

Testing creatives, audiences, and messaging angles

Monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns daily

Managing tracking systems (Meta Pixel, attribution, conversion events)

Improving landing pages and conversion rates

Collaborating with internal tech and external creative teams

Supporting broader acquisition and content strategy initiatives

Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment
