About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, early-career sales professional to join our team as an

Associate Account Executive . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 – 3 years of sales experience or an undergraduate degree in sales & marketing who is eager to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you’ll build sales skills, contribute to revenue growth, and partner closely with Account Executives to develop pipeline and close business. You’ll play a key role in introducing clients to ATD’s offerings while gaining hands‑on experience in a consultative sales process.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting efforts

Partner with Account Executives to support pipeline development and deal progression

Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their goals and recommend solutions

Present ATD’s offerings, including education courses, memberships, certifications, and events

Maintain and manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator

Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including sales outreach, meetings scheduled, and sales goal targets

Provide excellent customer service to ensure strong client relationships and membership renewals

What You’ll Learn

How to partner with senior sales professionals on complex opportunities

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role (education or training sales is a plus)

Strong communication skills and confidence in virtual and in‑person interactions

A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
