Position Summary

As an

Operations Technician , you will support daily operations across

warehouse/logistics and cleanroom production areas . This is a

hands-on shop-floor role

involving material handling, preparation, packaging, and cleanroom work according to defined procedures.

This position is ideal for someone who likes

structured work, technical environments, and learning new skills . No prior cleanroom experience is required-we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Warehouse

Receive, label, store, and issue materials and components
Pick, prepare, and package parts for internal production and customer shipment
Maintain inventory accuracy and basic traceability records
Keep warehouse and logistics areas clean, organized, and safe
Cleanroom & Production Support

Perform work in cleanroom environments following gowning and contamination-control rules
Handle high-purity components with care and attention to detail
Support cleaning, inspection, packaging, and preparation steps per work instructions
Document completed work according to quality requirements
General Shop-Floor Duties

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules
Support continuous improvement in cleanliness, organization, and flow
Work closely with supervisors and teammates in a small production team
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Comfortable with hands-on physical work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
Basic computer or paperwork skills
No formal technical certification required. Full training is provided.

Preferred (but Not Required)

Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production environments
Familiarity with quality-driven or regulated work environments
Mechanical aptitude or technical curiosity
Prior experience with clean, organized, or detail-oriented work
