Rebuilding Together Pitt County ("RTPC") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing critical home repairs, accessibility modifications, and safety improvements at no cost to qualifying homeowners in Pitt and Greene Counties, NC.
The Program & Operations Coordinator is the person who makes sure our homeowners feel supported and our paperwork doesn't develop its own repair needs. This is a
part-time , people-centered role working closely alongside the Executive Director across two clear lanes: helping homeowners navigate the repair process from application to completion, and keeping the data and documentation that backs our work accurate and current.
We're looking for someone who is people-centered and detail-oriented , equally at home in a spreadsheet and a neighbor's living room, and motivated by work that makes a tangible difference.

Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners through application intake, eligibility review, and the full repair process
Collect, verify, and organize homeowner documentation
Conduct home visits alongside the Executive Director to document repair needs and support prioritization
Communicate clearly and compassionately with homeowners regarding status, timelines, and next steps
Coordinate scheduling of home assessments, contractor visits, and inspections
Support project closeout including homeowner agreements and post-repair follow-up
Data, Reporting & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate homeowner, project, and program records using internal database
Track program outcomes and collect data for funder reporting and grant compliance
Assist with documentation for reimbursements, audits, and reporting deadlines
Identify gaps in records or processes and flag proactively to the Executive Director

GROWTH PATH
