Creative Videojournalist – WCAX
We are looking for a creative videojournalist to join our award‑winning news team. The ideal candidate can shoot, write, and edit stories for newscasts, as well as operate live equipment for our evening reporters. This person will independently cover stories as directed, including breaking news, and will have opportunities to grow and develop on‑air skills.

The ability to grasp new technology, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate well with others is essential.

Responsibilities

Strong videography, editing, and technical skills.

Writing content as needed under the supervision of producers or management.

Must be able to work independently, sending content back to the station, and be willing to handle multiple assignments.

Able to fill in as an editor or as a multimedia journalist.
