A Day in the Life
As a Creative Producer no two days are ever the same. One morning might kick off with an on-location shoot while the next could be filled with creating storyboards, scripting narratives, or collaborating with cross-functional partners to shape a brand-new campaign. From scouting grocery locations to sitting in the editing suite crafting a new piece about drone delivery the work spans the full spectrum of creative production. This role and this team thrive on constant variety in our work. Each day always brings fresh challenges and exciting new stories to tell.

The Operations Internal Communications team comes to work each day to obsess over the Amazonian experience. We are stewards of our corporate reputation and consistently seek ways to build brand ambassadors from the inside out. We create and deliver communications and experiences to keep our employees informed, engaged, and proud to be Amazonians.
Required Experience
Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio
Experience working with stakeholders
Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development, production, and post-production
Knowledge of Adobe Creative software primarily Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign at an advanced level
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
4 years of creative services experience
Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing production or creative department or company
Experience working on or with large-scale global creative campaigns
Experience with motion design
Experience with asset management design workflows or partnering with creative teams
Still photography skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription), Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off and parental leave.
