Position Overview
HYH America is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the company’s digital ecosystem in the U.S. market. This role is responsible for supporting digital strategy and leading execution across social media, influencer/content planning, and website, while coordinating app-related initiatives. The goal is to ensure all digital touchpoints are aligned to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will operate as a central digital lead, translating strategy into execution, driving cross-channel integration, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of digital strategy aligned with brand, product, and commercial objectives, and lead execution across channels

Define roles of each digital channel (social, influencer, website) within the overall ecosystem

Develop digital roadmap, priorities, and execution frameworks

Drive integration across digital touchpoints to ensure a cohesive consumer experience

Social Media Management

Lead execution of social media strategy and performance across key platforms

Guide content direction, posting strategy, and channel-specific approaches

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms

Monitor performance and optimize for engagement, growth, and conversion

Influencer & Content Planning Oversight

Oversee influencer and content execution aligned with brand and campaign direction

Guide influencer selection, partnerships, and campaign delivery

Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and consumer trends

Support development of high-impact, culturally relevant content

Website & CRM Management (Owned Channels)

Lead website and CRM execution and performance management

Ensure owned channels support brand storytelling, product visibility, conversion, and retention goals

Manage and optimize CRM programs including:

SMS marketing

Customer segmentation and lifecycle campaigns

Partner with internal and external teams on:

UX/UI improvements

SEO and performance optimization

Leverage first-party data to drive personalized customer experiences and engagement

Monitor website and CRM performance and drive continuous improvement and optimization

Performance & Analytics

Define and track digital KPIs across channels

Analyze performance data and drive data-driven decision making

Optimize digital initiatives to improve ROI and business impact

Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with Marketing, Content/Influencer, and related teams

Act as a central point of coordination across digital initiatives

Manage external agencies and vendors

Drive alignment and execution across functions

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated marketing roles

Proven track record leading multi-channel digital execution and cross-channel integration

Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, influencer marketing programs, and website operations

Background in CPG or consumer brands strongly preferred

Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end execution

Deep expertise across social media ecosystems, influencer marketing, website management, and the digital consumer journey

Ability to integrate multiple channels into a cohesive, high-impact digital marketing plan

Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners

Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) required

Preferred

Experience managing and collaborating with agencies, content creators, and digital vendors

Strong understanding of U.S. and Korean cultural trends; deep familiarity with K-pop culture and its influence on digital consumer behavior is a strong plus

Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments

This is a fully on-site position based at our Irvine, CA office, Monday through Friday. The role may also require schedule flexibility to support collaboration with HYH's Korea headquarters across time zones.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.

In accordance with California law (SB 1162), HYH America provides pay transparency for all open positions. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, and alignment with the role requirements.

HYH America offers a competitive benefits package, including company-paid medical coverage (100% of employee premiums, with 20% employer contribution for eligible dependents), 12 days of accrued PTO per year, and 11 company-designated paid holidays.
