Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients; keep database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) up to date.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

Travel requirements are estimated at 10%.

Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

Provide other team support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales experience.

Private Pilot’s License required.

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Persuasive and goal‑oriented.

Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

Tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
