Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with the development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic marketing plans.
Constantly provide new and innovative ways to drive brand growth and engagement online and at retail.
Work closely with various agencies (Media, Market Research, PR, Influencer, etc.) to execute brand initiatives.
Manage influencer outreach programs to create educational content for digital channels (Organic and Paid).
Conceptualize, brief, and manage in‑house videos and photoshoots.
Develop and execute in‑store promotions for key retailers.
Support campaign development, management, and execution with the creative and e‑commerce team (asset tracking, calendar, emails, and other digital assets).
Identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
Monitor budget spend and provide regular status updates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal cross‑functional teams and support groups.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.): Marketing (Required)
Work Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
Skills: Adobe Acrobat, Brand Management, Business Administration, Canva (Software), Communication, Journalism, Marketing Campaigns, Media Advertising, Public Relations Marketing
Languages: None specified

Compensation

22.75 – 44.50 USD hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. Pay range is subject to change.
