Responsibilities
The primary function of this position is to assist and back-up Director of Adult Crisis Department in coordinating all aspects of the Adult Crisis Program, with a primary focus of coordinating the 24/7 crisis programs. This includes daytime crisis therapists, after-hours crisis therapists, the supervisor of the Mobile Crisis Response Team, and the Co-Responders, as well as others as assigned. This position will work closely with community partners, including hospitals, law enforcement, jail and courts, to promote collaboration in service delivery. Hours are primarily daytime, with flexibility to include after-hours times as needed to provide supervision and training to team members, as well as coordinating any coverage needs in the event assigned staff members are not available. This position also provides clinical services in the Center for Crisis and Healing as needed and available. The Program Manager will share on-call duties on a rotating basis.
Position Qualifications
Education and Licensure: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling, and must be licensed with BSRB as an LMLP, LCP, LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LSCSW.
Eligibility of Title XIX reimbursement is required.
Must successfully pass Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Central Registry, and all required background checks.
Valid Kansas driver’s license, good driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
Experience in the mental health field is required.
Supervisory experience required.
Experience assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders preferred.
Salary Range
Clinical $90,400/year
Licensed $81,450/year
(Will consider experience/education for higher starting salary)

Mon – Fri, 8am - 5pm
