We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Retention Marketing Manager to lead retention marketing efforts across email, SMS, and loyalty. This role will play a key part in driving customer engagement, repeat purchase behavior, and long‑term customer value through thoughtful lifecycle strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with executional excellence and thrives in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment. You’ll own the lifecycle roadmap end‑to‑end—from strategy and automation to testing, reporting, and optimization.

What You’ll Do

Own retention marketing performance across email, SMS, and loyalty channels

Build, optimize, and scale lifecycle automations including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post‑Purchase, Win‑Back, and VIP journeys

Manage the campaign calendar, segmentation, testing, and deployment within Klaviyo

Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve performance

Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to improve personalization, retention, and LTV

Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to align campaigns and customer experience

Support the evolution of the current VIP/community program into a more robust loyalty experience

Qualifications

3–6 years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience in DTC or ecommerce

Advanced experience with Klaviyo and Shopify

Proven success driving retention and revenue growth through lifecycle marketing

Strong analytical and project management skills

Experience managing customer segmentation, automation, and CRM data

Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
