Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director on behalf of our client, a leading brand specializing in roof windows and skylights. This leadership role is responsible for accelerating market share growth, expanding brand presence across the North American region, and driving customer demand through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. The Marketing Director will lead regional marketing efforts, oversee customer experience strategies, and manage a high-performing marketing team to support organizational growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the North American regional marketing strategy and go-to-market plans aligned with organizational goals.
Accelerate market share growth and strengthen brand awareness across the NA region.
Lead the planning and execution of global and regional marketing campaigns.
Orchestrate customer journeys and enhance customer experience to maximize value creation and support professional partner growth.
Ensure brand consistency and local market relevance across all marketing initiatives.
Lead and develop the North American Regional Marketing team, fostering alignment, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget using a data-driven approach to improve customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and regional best practices to Global Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams.
Utilize analytics, automation, and market data to generate actionable insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
Oversee public relations initiatives, media relations, press releases, product marketing, and market support planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams to support strategic business initiatives and transformation efforts.
Drive organizational performance through leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements Include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of senior-level marketing and communications leadership experience managing teams.
Experience in international business environments is highly preferred.
Significant B2C product marketing or product management experience within consumer products or building materials industries required.
Proven experience leading regional marketing plans that support measurable business results.
Experience overseeing public relations and media relations initiatives.
Background in business transformation, strategic planning, and change management preferred.
Skills: Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
Expertise across multiple marketing channels and integrated marketing strategies.
Ability to lead customer journey orchestration and customer experience initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and team leadership capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization while balancing regional and global priorities.
Certifications: Relevant marketing or leadership certifications are a plus but not required.
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of regional and global marketing strategies.
Knowledge of customer engagement, brand management, and digital marketing trends.
Familiarity with data analytics, marketing automation, and performance measurement tools.
Understanding of public relations, media strategy, and market intelligence processes.
