We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized marketing team member who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and keeping projects moving.
This is a great role for someone early-to-mid career who enjoys a mix of creative and administrative marketing work and wants exposure to many aspects of digital marketing.
About the Role
As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for multiple clients across social media, email, websites, and other digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with Client Project Managers to help turn ideas into polished, published campaigns, whether that’s laying out an email, scheduling social posts, updating website content, organizing assets, or helping prepare reports.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow their digital marketing skills in a mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Lay out and schedule email campaigns and newsletters
Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms
Assist with social media content creation and content formatting
Support content organization and marketing calendar management
Upload and update website content in WordPress
Help organize marketing assets, links, approvals, and project materials
Assist with reporting and campaign performance tracking
Support internal administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Collaborate with Client Project Managers to ensure campaigns are accurate and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or related work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working across multiple projects and deadlines
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Experience with email marketing platforms preferred
Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
Strong written communication skills
Comfort learning new systems and processes quickly
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
Bonus Points
WordPress experience
Canva or light graphic editing experience
Experience working with nonprofits, schools, or mission-driven organizations
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
