Job Description Summary
Create and maintain meaningful and relevant experiences across digital properties with a focus on one or more areas including UX design, UX research, UX production, and website management.

Responsibilities

Enhance user experiences to achieve evolving business goals with innovative digital solutions.

Use thorough knowledge of assigned focus area to facilitate the use of digital properties across an extensive portfolio.

Execute on digital product roadmaps, initiatives, and mid to large-scale projects.

Collaborate with functional areas such as technology, legal and compliance, customer experience, innovation, thought leadership and business operations to ensure best practices are followed.

May support/coach team members.

Keep up-to-date on digital technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Five years of experience in the digital space.

Proficient knowledge of user‑centered design and digital technologies relevant to assigned focus area.

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the financial services industry.

Working Conditions
Office Environment.

Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $97,000.00 – $125,000.00 annually. The position may be eligible for an annual bonus based on the company bonus plan and individual performance. Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for the company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship. This hybrid position requires three days in office per week in a hub location; relocation assistance is not provided.
