The Integrated Marketing Manager turns big brand ambition into cohesive, cross-channel execution. This role connects strategy, creativity, and performance — ensuring the Trex story shows up consistently across every touchpoint, from digital to retail to trade. You'll lead integrated campaigns that strengthen brand equity, inspire homeowners and pros, and drive growth across the full Trex ecosystem of decking, railing, lighting, and outdoor living solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual and campaign-based integrated marketing plans that bring the Trex brand and product portfolio to life across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Partner with creative, media, digital, PR, trade, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand presence and seamless consumer journey.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between brand, product, and channel marketing to align storytelling, launch timing, and go-to-market strategy.
Manage agency relationships and internal partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns – on time, on brand, and on budget.
Translate consumer insights and category trends into actionable creative briefs and measurable campaign plans.
Oversee campaign performance analysis, driving optimization across digital, retail, and partner channels.
Champion brand consistency, ensuring Trex's tone, visuals, and promise of "outdoor living perfected" are reflected in every touchpoint.
Support the evolution of marketing technology, content strategy, and CRM to deepen consumer engagement and loyalty.
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate Trex through innovation and experience.
Present campaign results and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Job Location: Winchester, Virginia, United States
Experience: We are looking for leaders with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field and 5 - 8+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing within consumer goods or related industries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passion for brand building and a hands-on, collaborative approach to execution
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to guide creative and strategic decisions
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree
Deep understanding of digital media, shopper marketing, CRM, and brand storytelling
Collaborator who can influence across teams and functions
Deals with ambiguity - flexible mindset and isn't upset when things are up in the air
Makes good decisions based upon mixture of analysis, experience, and gut
Salary: Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 annually
