The Role
As a Producer & Editor, you’ll build and own the content engine that powers Alex Lieberman’s voice. You’ll partner directly with him to schedule, produce, edit, and ship content across YouTube, short‑form video, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You’ll run production end‑to‑end for long‑form YouTube and short‑form clips, manage the operating layer, and reimagine the content function as AI‑native. This role allows a high‑ownership operator to build a content machine in a fast‑growing company.

What You’ll Do

Own the YouTube engine end‑to‑end, including pre‑production, shooting logistics, editing, thumbnails, and publishing.

Build the short‑form pipeline: cut footage into Reels, TikToks, and Shorts; write hooks and captions; publish across channels.

Draft written content in Alex’s voice (ghostwrite X threads, LinkedIn posts, and newsletter pieces).

Run production logistics: book guests, coordinate calendars, manage gear and the set, and maintain the production calendar.

Reimagine the content stack as AI‑native: identify, test, and integrate new models and tools and build the workflows to amplify output.

Drive the rhythm of the content engine: establish cadences, dashboards, and reviews to keep production moving and surface insights.

Build the foundation for future growth: evolve systems, tools, and (eventually) the team necessary to scale content output while preserving voice.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

3+ years of progressive experience producing and editing content for a creator, founder, executive, or media brand.

A strong portfolio of long‑form video work you produced from raw footage to finished product.

Proficiency in short‑form content: finding the moment, cutting hooks, and shipping on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.

A writer’s instinct, able to draft in someone else’s voice; bonus for ghostwriting for a public figure.

Operational discipline: running a production calendar, booking guests, managing gear, and meeting deadlines.

Deeply AI‑pilled: active use of frontier tools, naming recent releases, and a viewpoint on AI’s impact on the content stack.

Bonus: experience with a founder or executive whose brand drives commercial outcomes.

Exceptional taste and judgment, defending choices when needed.

High ownership and low ego, willing to work late, critique partners, and operate without a playbook.

What We Offer
The base salary ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 annually, with opportunities for additional upside (bonus/equity) tied to your output. Compensation is determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
